Dave Hobrecht's original charcoal and pastel painting of the Ferrari Formula One pit crew at work.
The Engineering Department at Ferrari commissioned Dave to create the painting for Piero Ferrari, the only living Ferrari son, and Dave included Piero in the right hand corner of the finished work. After the painting arrived in Italy, Dave received a personal note from Piero saying he liked it so much he had moved it from the company's gallery to his home for his own private collection, and that he was fond of it because Dave had included him in it.
Dave has since been invited to Italy to show his artwork because of this piece.
