A high-quality reproduction based on Dave Hobrecht's original charcoal and pastel painting, "Rabbit Hole featuring surfing great, Wayne "Rabbit" Bartholomew. Hobrechts piece portrays Bartholomew, the man responsible for landing the Australian Surfing Squad in trouble with Hawaiian officials in the 1970s, carving up another giant Pipeline wave. The painting was one of a series of surf paintings created for the 2009 surf movie, "Bustin Down the Door". Hobrecht spent much of his youth riding the waves of his hometown Huntington Beach, California, also known as, Surf City USA. Hobrecht started his career as a professional artist as Editorial Cartoonist for Surfer Magazine. Available in Black.
