The original "Ready to Fight On!" painting was one in a series of pieces commissioned by USC. The dynamic painting portrays the USC Trojans football team pumping themselves up in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum locker room before a big game, capturing the moments as the team gets Ready to Fight On – the team and the university’s fight song mantra. “Fight On, for ol’ SC/Our men Fight On to victory.”
