Hobrecht Sports Art offers a fine art giclée edition print, printed on high quality archival canvas with archival ink, based on Dave Hobrecht’s original charcoal painting of Bing Crosby, one of the founders of the Del Mar Racetrack, taking the first ticket on opening day, 1937.

Del Mar has hosted a summer season since 1937 when Bing Crosby stood at the gate and collected the first ticket for admission. It’s remains a San Diego summer tradition for many.

Our canvas prints are always printed on the highest quality canvas paper using archival inks. Each one is guaranteed to be high-resolution and fade-resistant.

Our Maple Wood Prints are printed directly onto a 1/4 inch-thick, maple-surfaced wood board for a warm and natural look that is also eco-friendly. Each wood print is unique, and no two prints will look exactly alike.
